We also have silicone, latex, and lycra swim caps, and a selection of ear and nose plugs to protect you from the effects of chlorine.

GOGGLES

The days of hating your leaky, uncomfortable swim goggles are over! We have a variety of styles of Children's and Adult goggles from Aquasphere, TYR, Speedo, Pro Blue, Leader, and View. We will take the time to ensure that you find the goggles that are right for you; whether it is a pair of streamlined racing goggles or a state-of-the-art, comfortable, silicone swim mask.

Aqua-Fitness (Pool Aerobics) continues to grow in popularity as a results-based alternative to traditional exercises. It offers low-impact toning and cardio workouts, and is appropriate for people of all ages and abilities. No matter your swimming ability, all you need is a belt and some water to get started!
